A: All products sold are replicas and not being sold or represented as originals unless stated otherwise. We guarantee that they are 100% brand new and mirror images, have the right tags (authenticity cards, booklets) and every marking. They also come with dust bag or boxes. They are like the real thing.
Q2.Can I buy retail or sample?
A: Yes retails or samples are available but on extra cost and buyer also pay shipping unlike wholesale we ship freely.
Q3.Whats the minimum order? Whether I can mix and match the models and size?
A: The minimum Order is 12 pcs. And you can mix and match any items and size.
Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Western Union and Moneygram .
Q5: How do I do the order ?
A: Firstly, you can use the shipping cart doing the order on our website directly.
Secondly, you can add my msn directly, and give me the links of the items that you wanted.
Q6: How long does it take, before I can receive my order?
A: Provided everything is in stock, we can ship your order in less than 2 days, upon the receipt of your payment; Shipping takes 5-7 days. A confirmation and the tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or phone as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
Q7: How much is your shipping cost?
A: All wholesale orders are shipped freely by EMS and UPS worldwide but for sample or retail orders, the buyer pays shipping though at a reasonable price. Please contact us for details.
Q8: Who is your shipper?
A: All products will be shipped via Express Mail - EMS, FEDEX,TNT, UPS or DHL.
Q9: What should I do if I still dont receive my order after the estimated delivery timeframe provided by you?
A: You will have to notify us via email at tradevoid@hotmail.com or tradevoid@yahoo.com.cn . and we investigate for you, followed by working out a replacement solution, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, you have paid us and well ensure you receive your order, by any means necessary. We will inform you of the result within 2 days.
Q10: Can you ship to an address other than the billing address?
A: Yes , we can. We advise you register in our website with the alternate address.
Q11: What if the products I need is not available?
A: If the items you need are not posted on our website, you can submit an enquiry to our sales team at tradevoid@hotmail.com . To facilitate your inquiry, please kindly send us the model name which is identical to the original item(s), if possible; please send us the picture of the items you wish to enquire. We will try to check whether can get it or not from our factories or others. We promise it will never be revealed to any third party.
Q12: Do you offer catalog?
A: We do not provide a print catalog. Our online product list is the only catalog though some of the products are not listed.
Q13: Can I cancel my order after it was processed?
A: Yes, you can cancel the order but a cancellation charge of 10% of your order will apply. We will process the refund within 3 days when we receive your cancellation request. You will need to wait between 4 to 7 days for the refund to be processed
Q14: What will happen if nobody is at home when the package is delivered?
A: All packages must be signed for. If nobody is at the address you offered to receive your package,the package will be delivered some times ,if delivered some times still nobody answer , it will be return to us . so usually hope you can supply a phone number ,so that if there is any problem ,the postman will phone you.
